Dayyy... i dunno!

Hey guys!

I have some awesome news!
Yesterday i weighed in at 143.8!!
Today i weghed in at 142.6!!!

Slowly its coming back down to normal and i love it!!

As for working out i did a few situps and like five assisted pull-ups yesterday lol

So working out hasnt started yet really but it will! I promise!!
Actually i will start right after this!!

A New Week!!

Hey guys! So I'm in school today all day.... and apparently i have a midterm! It should be a fairly easy one though so its all gravy baby! 

I'm not as worried about what I'm going to eat anymore.  I feel good. Haven't lost much weight i don't think.

I weighed in yesterday at......

147lbs!!!!!

So hopefully by the end of this month i could be down to 135 or maybe even 130!!! 

So thats exciting haven't taken an measurements lately but i have some from last week still.

So this week working out will get incorporated and I'll be keeping you guys posted on that!

Hey guys!

So its been fun! I unfortunately have been lazy lately and haven't worked out but I will soon! Today I had two classes back to back and brought a huge salad with me and I was perfectly full all day.

Then we went to this raw food restaurant and loved every minute of it!

So I think I've been eating pretty good considering I'm still raw vegan!

But....I need to cut out on the avocados I've been having at least one everyday!

So its been good, we haven't gotten a scale yet which sucks but we should have one soon.

Day 4!!

Hey guys!

So its been four days and my body feels good.  I've been going to the bathroom a lot and I feel like I'll be losing some weight because of that!  

I heard my friends talk about some weight loss pill a long time ago.  I think it was the one Anna Nicole Smith was the spokesperson for, I forgot the name of it, anyway, I heard that it makes people poop like crazy and that's why the people that used it lost weight. So its like I'm doing the natural version of that.  I think its all the fiber in the salad and nuts i've been eating.  

Last night i ate like two tomatoes covered in olive oil, salt pepper, touch of garlic and a little lemon juice. It was sooo effing good!! I couldn't believe it.  

I have yet to work out.  As soon as i start I'll let ya'll know what i'm doin.

Rawness

Hi!!

My name is Aleksandra and I am posting so you can all understand what the next thirty days will be like for me.  I'm going to eat only raw food and see how I feel at the end of this month.  This is day 3, sorry a little late, but better late than never!

So on Day 1, which was Monday, Poopy and I went shopping n got all the organic goods:

green chard 
red kale
green kale
dozen pears
dozen apples
dozen bananas
four avocados 
raw almond butter
raw nuts- macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, brazil nuts, pecans, cashews, sunflower seeds
flax seed crackers
box of cashew cookie larabars
case of fiji water
arugula salad
4 tomatoes
6 large portobella mushroom caps

So far, we need to get more tomatoes, avocados and more raw nut butter.  

It's only been 3 days and I feel good.  Been craving bad food a little but not so badly.  

We have a raw vegan restaurant in the city pretty close to brooklyn so we went there on the first night.  It really helped us not think about regular food. 

The second day wasn't bad really I had my internship at KleinReid from 9:30-5:30, before I left I drank a large green smoothie which was delicious.  I brought with me a nice salad that was leftover from Quintessence i threw in half an avocado, half a tomato and some red onion, for dressing I used lemon juice and olive oil.   

For my friends that are asking themselves why is she doing this to herself?

I'm doing this not only because its really good for me but also because its really good for our earth.  What better way to make a statement? Heres my thirty day statement!! :) Hopefully it lasts longer!

By the end of this month I hope to have trained my body to eat good food and to be in good shape for the summer.  I'm gonna take pictures of myself throughout this process in a bathing suit I used to fit in :) and if I'm happy with the results then ill post em up!
